Is seeing my book really free?
Yes. You upload your cover and see your images in full resolution without a watermark, with no card and no trial, and unlocking the rest of the library for your book is entirely optional.
What file should I upload?
Your front cover as a PNG, JPG or PDF works best, at any size, and if your cover is a full print wrap you can upload it anyway and we will use the front.
My book is already on Amazon. Do I need the file?
No. You can paste your book's Amazon link instead of uploading a file, and we will find your cover for you.
How long does it take?
About 20 seconds from your cover to your book in every scene, with your video following a moment later.
Do I need to be good at design?
No. You add your cover and every image is built for you, so there is nothing to arrange, resize or edit.
Your images
Can I use these images and video to sell my book?
Yes. Everything you download is yours to use on your website, social posts, ads, newsletters and anywhere else you promote your book.
How long are my free images kept?
Your free images are kept for 3 days and then deleted, so download your favorites while they are there, and once you unlock the library everything for your book is yours to keep.
What happens to my cover after I upload it?
It is used to build your images and nothing else, and we never share it, sell it or show it to anyone but you.
Your account
I bought BookGraphix. How do I log in?
Go to the login page and type the email you bought with into "Email me a login link", and you will get a link that signs you straight in, or you can use the username and password from the email titled Your BookGraphix Account.
I cannot find my login email.
It comes from BookGraphix with the subject Your BookGraphix Account, and if it is not in your inbox it is usually in Promotions or Spam, but you never need it to get in, because the login page can email you a link that signs you in.
Is it a subscription?
No. BookGraphix is a single payment with lifetime access, including every new design and update we add.
